I have never written to an auto dealership about excellent service. But I feel compelled for the work of Mike Kilgus on my 2010 Mustang. My goal with this car has been to keep it as like new as possible so I can give it to my son many years from now. He can keep it in his garage and tell the story to his son or daughter about when he and his father went to the Philadelphia Car Show and he sat in a 2010 Mustang. We got a $50 test drive card and went to Fred Beans and never looked back---except to see cars disappear in our rearview mirror. Mike understands our passion for Mustangs, and my desire to keep this car as the classic I am sure it will be. He takes care of it as if it were his own. Mike has been especially efficient and careful with the few items of warranty work we've had. He quickly has the issue addressed, explained, and resolved better than any service person I have ever dealt with, including some of the "luxury" dealerships.Their service pales in comparison to Mike's. I just wanted to take this opportunity to send you a quick note in regards to my recent experience with your dealership and specifically my sales associate, Schuyler Cox. I was in need of a new vehicle. I did quite a bit of research but was still somewhat befuddled as to what particular vehicle to purchase. I came to Fred Beans' dealership from my home in Palmyra, New Jersey. I passed many auto dealerships along the way.
I met Schuyler Cox at the Ford dealership. We test drove a Fusion. Next he took me to the Hyundai dealership where we test drove a Sonata. Then he took me to the Chevy dealership where we test drove a Malibu. Mr. Cox allowed me to test each of these vehicles in a very relaxed atmosphere. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient all day. He tolerated all of my questions in a very professional and courteous manner and offered informative advice. All day I felt like i had a knowledgeable friend riding shot gun with me.
Obviously the vast array of models offered by your dealership lends itself to comparison shopping, however Mr. Cox personally accompanied me to each of these lots. That's service.
After driving all three I decided the Chevy Malibu was the car for me. It suited all my needs. It was roomy and economical and just plain sharp. Your Chevy dealership did not have the exact Malibu I was after but Mr. Cox said not to worry, he would find it. He did, and I made the purchase March 18. I can tell you that I am very glad that I made the drive to Doylestown AND I am very happy that I was able to have Mr. Cox assist me with my purchase. He was great. He epitomizes every quality that a great auto sales associate should possess. He should be commended for a job well done.

SuperCrew, but that vehicle was sold as I was on my way out to you. I
live in New Jersey about an hour and 20 minutes from the dealership. I
almost turned around at that point, but eventually decided it was worth
driving out. I didn't think we would get anything done last night. I was
concerned about arriving at the dealership after dark, and with my kids
in tow. However, even as we entered the dealership, we were gretted by

start with, and in the end we found a way to make it work within my

night. Impressive. Fred Beans Ford, however, went a step further. I'd
driven out to you in my rental vehicle. I found myself having two cars
in my possession. Fred Beans Ford not only allowed me to leave the
rental car on their property until the rental agency could come pick it
up, they astounded me when they filled the rental car's gas tank as
well! I was floored. Thank you Jeff! Never would I have expected you to

wanted to let you know how one of your people helped me today. I
brought my car in for inspection and was in and out exactly the way
Bruce Paynter (yellow team) had said he would try to have it done. When I
picked up the car, Bruce even went to the parking lot and brought my
car up since it was a little distance away in the lot. I thought that
was very nice. When I got in the car, I then asked if he knew how to
"sinc" a new phone into the computer in the car, and he said, sure no
problem. Within a few minutes he had it in!!! Now this procedure seemed
to take a long time when the salesman did it last year and of course if I
read the manual it would have taken me three days! Bruce was amazing! I
so appreciate the service and expertise of all your people at Fred
